How To Use AutoTechnOCR CentralLine demo version.

I. How to install AutoTechnOCR CentralLine.

1. Download AutoTechnOCR CentralLine from https://yzkgraph.tripod.com/AutoTechnOCR/AutoTechnOCR_CL5.zip

2. Unpack AutoTechnOCR CentralLine to your local HD (for example to the folder D:\CL5-2005\ ).

3. Make a desktop icon with AutoCAD CentralLine startup parameters /ld D:\CL5-2005\XPCCCL5.arx

(for example "C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2006\acad.exe" /ld D:\CL5-2005\XPCCCL5.arx )

4. Start up AutoCAD 2005 (or 2006).

5. New item at the main menu R2V will appear.

6. It is ready to use functionality of AutoTechnOCR CentralLine in AutoCAD.

II. How to uninstall AutoTechnOCR.

1. To remove AutoTechnOCR CentralLine menu, and AutoTechnOCR arx modules from AutoCAD, select at the main menu R2V/Uninstall R2V.

III. How to operate AutoTechnOCR CentralLine with raster to vector Central line processing.

1. Open binary single raster image: menu R2V/OpenRasterImage...

(raster image located at the sample directory).

2. Set the different color layer from raster image color to view the central line.

3. Select the CentralLine menu item at the R2V menu.

4. Select rectangle area at the raster to change raster to central line.

5. Evaluation-demo mode will vectorize only left-top 1500x1500 pixels square raster area of the selected raster area.

All other pollylines will be deleted automatically.

6. If any layer is locked,

the central line operation will printout locked layer names in a command line

and demo mode operation will be aborted.
